On April 9, 2026, representatives of SEI USUCT of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology visited the Professional College of Welding and Electronics named after Ye.O. Paton, where they met with future graduates.

The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Head of the Department of Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics, Associate Professor Ihor Levchuk, Senior Lecturer of the same department Tetiana Dubovyk, as well as a representative of the admissions committee of SEI USUCT, Associate Professor Kateryna Roienko.

The discussion was lively and informative. Students were introduced to the university, the specifics of studying at the institute, and the key areas of training offered by the department. Particular attention was given to the specialties G6 “Information and Measurement Technologies”, G7 “Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics”, and F7 “Computer Engineering”, with explanations of their differences and the opportunities they provide.

In an open dialogue format, prospective applicants asked questions about admission, studies, and student life. The conversation also covered participation in scientific and practical student groups, modern developments, and opportunities to combine studies with other educational activities. The admissions representative clarified the application process and provided answers to practical questions.

Such meetings help students better understand what to expect from their studies and make a more informed choice about their future profession.
