On December 24, 2025, during a conference of the staff of the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology (USUCT), Professor Olga Sverdlikovska was elected director of the institute by a unanimous decision of the delegates.

During the conference, in her presentation , the candidate presented the Development Program of the NNI of UDUNT for 2025–2030, in which she outlined the strategic vision of the institute as a key chemical-technological and materials science center of USUST, focused on combining education, science and innovation for the needs of industry, energy, defense and environmental security of Ukraine. The program provides for the renewal of educational programs, the development of dual education, strengthening scientific and international activities, cooperation with business and digital transformation of the institute.

The Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology and the staff of the Institute of Scientific Research of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology sincerely congratulate Olga Sverdlikovska on her election and wish her successful implementation of strategic plans, support of the team, professional achievements and new achievements for the benefit of the institute, the university and Ukraine.
