Awards for employees and students of the SEI USUCT

On December 18, 2025, the next meeting of the Academic Council of the Educational and Scientific Institute “Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology” of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology was held. One of the key items on the agenda was the ceremonial awarding of USUST employees and students for professional achievements, scientific activity, pedagogical work and active participation in the development of the university.

For many years of conscientious work, high level of professionalism and significant personal contribution to the development of education and science in Ukraine, The Diplomas of the Department of Education and Science of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration were awarded to:

Olena Vinichenko, Professor of the Department of Economics and Law;
Larysa Honchar, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Law;
Yulia Minina, Assistant Professor of the Department of Biotechnology and Life Safety;
Mykhailo Plys, Lecturer of the Department of Biotechnology and Life Safety;
Lyudmila Usovnychenko, Leading Specialist of the Scientific Center for Innovative Materials and Technologies of UDUNT;
Marina Tsarik, Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Center for Innovative Materials and Technologies UDUNT.

The gratitude of the Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov and Honorary certificates of the Dnipro City Council for conscientious fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, high professional competence, responsibility, initiative, worthy education of student youth and significant personal contribution to the implementation of state policy in the field of education were received by:

Volodymyr Gerasimenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Biotechnology and Life Safety;
Alla Kyrychenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Health;
Iryna Reshetnyak, Associate Professor of the Department of Energy;
Svitlana Tretyak, Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmacy, Chemistry and Technologies;
Olga Fursa, Associate Professor of the Department computer-integrated technologies and automation.

For the preparation of the winners of the II (regional) stage of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of scientific and research works of students – members of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Thanks are announced:

Oleg Kabat, Head of the Department of Innovative Engineering;
Olena Shevchenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Fuel Technologies, Polymeric and Printing Materials;
Svitlana Garmash, Associate Professor of the Department of Biotechnology and Life Safety;
Olexandr Matrosov, Associate Professor of the Department of Biotechnology and Life Safety.

For their responsibility and professionalism in organizing and conducting the national entrance exams – 2025 in difficult wartime conditions, which are conducted using the technologies of the Ukrainian Center for Education Quality Assessment and provide young people with equal access to higher education and the development of their intellectual potential, the following were thanked:

Antonina Yashnova, Associate Professor of the Department of Innovative Engineering;
Viktor Makarchenko, Head of the Department of Technical Learning Resources of UDUNT.

The meeting also noted the achievements of the institute’s students. Ivan Honcharuk, a student of the Faculty of Food and Chemical Technologies, was congratulated on receiving a Diploma of the 3rd degree at the International Student Professional Creative Competition “Materials Science”, which was held at the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University during February–June 2025. For excellent work as a scientific supervisor, Olena Khomenko, associate professor of the Department of Chemical Technology of Ceramics, Glass and Biomedical Materials, received a corresponding certificate from the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University.

Separate congratulations were extended to the students of the SEI USUCT Daria Lyubarska, Zabava Cherniy, Elizaveta Chelak, Dmitry Brazhnikov, Pavlo Prokuda and Maxim Feni, who were awarded certificates of the Dnipro City Council for participation in the annual city sports and intellectual tournament in non-traditional sports among higher and pre-higher education institutions of the city of Dnipro.

The staff of the ISEI USUCT sincerely congratulates the awardees and wishes them further professional success, new scientific achievements and active implementation in the educational and public life of the university.
