On July 3, 2025, a warm and inspiring meeting with the modern Dnipro writer, art therapist and doctor Alina Stefan took place in the Art Space of the National Institute of Art History of the Ukrainian State Technical University.

The meeting was not only an acquaintance with the author, but also a real practical experience. Alina Stefan shared her own vision of reading as a tool for self-awareness and internal development, and also spoke about the importance of taking care of mental health. In conditions of uncertainty and daily stress, her advice on self-regulation, overcoming anxiety and maintaining internal balance became truly valuable for students.

The art therapeutic part of the meeting was of particular interest. The participants created their own masks as a metaphor for their internal state, a reflection of emotions, experiences and dreams. This became not only a creative task, but also a way to better understand themselves.

Alina Stefan has a medical education, graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy with a degree in “medical practice”. She skillfully combines her knowledge with literary creativity and psychological approaches, which makes her meetings especially deep and sincere.

Such events at the Art Space of the National Institute of Ukrainian State Technical University are not only about culture and literature, but also about openness to new forms of self-knowledge, the opportunity to communicate with interesting people, get useful tools for your own development and just have a good time.
