SHEI USUCT expands cooperation with Polish HEI within the Erasmus + project

From November 6 to 9, a working visit of International Cooperation Officer, associate professor V.A. Kotok, to the Technological and Humanitarian University named after Kazimir Pula (Radom, Poland) was held. The business trip was due to the participation of our University in the EU Erasmus + project together with the Technological and Humanitarian University named after Kazimir Pula and several Ukrainian universities.

The procedural and other details of the project, in which the university participates, were discussed at the meeting. The project provides the teachers’ exchange for conducting lectures, as well as the possibility of students’ exchange starting from the next year.

During the visit, International Cooperation Officer of SHEI USUCT was invited to the Faculty of Materials Science, Technology and Design. The excursion to the Faculty and acquaintance with its Dean were in a friendly atmosphere. The staff of the Faculty invited to expand the areas of scientific cooperation with the involvement of specialists of the Faculty and the use of modern equipment. By the way, the Faculty has several basic scientific areas: the study of polymer materials and their properties, the development and testing of new compositions of cosmetics and nutritional supplements, the development of new lubricants and the definition of their characteristics. It is worth noting that the Faculty has a large number of new modern equipment for the determination of various physical and chemical characteristics of substances. There are also devices that determine the effect of cosmetic products on the skin, physical and some performance characteristics of lubricants, as well as equipment for certain biological research.

At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty expressed the wish for further expansion and deepening of cooperation, especially scientific and technical, and invited USUCT scientists to cooperate.
